Manuscripts should be attached and sent to the IJAEIT via e-mail. The file has to be written using the following software: MS-WORD, Tex or PDF format.

An IJAEIT Transactions paper should not exceed 30 typeset, printed pages.

Title of article, authors' names, authors' institutional affiliations, abstract (200-300 words suitable for abstracting services), main text, tables (each starting with a caption) and figure captions, list of symbols and abbreviations (if necessary), numbered list of references, biographical sketch, and original figures.

The title of the paper should be concise and definitive (with key words appropriate for retrieval purposes).

Author(s) must give about 2-6 key words which can identify the most important subjects covered by the paper. They must be placed at the end of the abstract.

It is IJESRT policy that all those who have participated significantly in the technical aspects of a paper be recognized as co-authors or cited in the acknowledgments. In the case of a paper with more than one author, correspondence concerning the paper will be sent to the first author unless staff is advised otherwise. Author name should consist of first name, middle initial, last name. The author affiliation should consist of the following, as applicable, in the order noted:

  • Company or college (with department name or company division)
  • Postal address
  • City, state, zip code
  • Country name
  • Telephone, fax, and e-mail

This section should start on a new page and should detail the problems, experimental approach, major findings and conclusion in one paragraph and should appear on the second page. Avoid abbreviation, diagram and references in the abstract. It should be single – spaced and should not exceed 250-300 words for full papers.

Explain the reasons for carrying out the work, outline the essential background and clearly state the nature of the hypothesis or hypotheses under consideration.

Provide sufficient details of the techniques employed to enable the work to be repeated. Do not describe or refer to commonplace statistical tests in this section but allude to them briefly in Results.

The result and conclusion should be precise with discussion and be a clear in presenting the data. It may be supported and presented by the graphs, figures and tables.

If authors refer to themselves as recipients of assistance or funding, they should do so by their initials separated by points (e.g. A.B.C.). Do not acknowledge Editors by name.

References should be listed at the end of the paper in alphabetical order. Articles in preparation or articles submitted for publication, unpublished observations, personal communications, etc. should not be included in the reference list but should only be mentioned in the article text. Journal names are abbreviated according to Chemical Abstracts. Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy of the references.

Correspondence and proofs for correction will be sent to the first-named author who will be the corresponding author of the paper, unless otherwise indicated. Corrected page proofs must be returned direct to the editor within a week time. Corrections shall be limited to typographical errors; no new material may be inserted. Corresponding author is responsible for updating affiliations and contacts of all of the authors.
